Gemeinde in der sich die Entnahmestelle befindet, und der nvb Nordhorner Versorgungsbetriebge GmbH.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eDie nvb Nordhorner Versorgungsbetriebe GmbH berechnet den in der Verordnung u0026uuml;ber Konzessionsabgaben Strom und Gas u0026ndash; Konzessionsabgabenverordnung (KAV) festgelegten Hu0026ouml;chstbetrag, der pro abgerechneter kWh an den Kunden weiterbelastet wird.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu0026nbsp;u003c/pu003e
